Set up by a group of creative youths, Art & Craft Sunday Market is a
newly established event aiming to provide a platform for local artists,
designers, craft makers and even art students to showcase their
innovative works. It��s also a trading place for the public to get in
touch with the art and craft community, giving fresh impetus to the
development of local art, artists�� products as well as creative
industries.
The market will take place at Les Artiste Café located in Tin Hau,
and at Victoria��s Park in Causeway Bay, offering views of the dynamic
cosmopolitan with breaks for homemade desserts and arts. Occasional art
exhibitions and craft classes take place in the café, along with
design books, lovely gadgets and created products by local artists that
are also available there.
We hope all participants enjoy the delight of local creativities for a
pleasant Sunday afternoon, tasting the blended experience of coffee and
art in the Art & Craft Sunday Market.
We are now LOOKING FOR VENDOR whom would like to showcase their
creativities in the following aspects:
* Handicrafts and hand made products
* Artworks (of kinds you think it��s suitable for this market)
* Innovative products of local design
* Bakeries (Cookies, Pasta, Pizza or whatever lovely and edible you like
to create)
Art & Craft Sunday Market will take place on 23rd August 2009,
Sunday, at Les Artiste Café.
